Booking is easy! Start by selecting the type of balloon décor you're interested in, whether it's a custom garland, balloon arch, helium bouquet, grab & go garland, or another installation. From there, you'll provide your event details, upload inspiration photos if you'd like, and share any ideas or special requests. Once we receive your submission, we'll review everything, create a custom quote, and work with you to bring your vision to life.
Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. Because we accept a limited number of installations each week, your date is not secured until your deposit has been received.
Every installation is custom designed, so pricing varies based on the style, size, complexity, venue, and installation requirements. Our Pricing page offers starting investments, and we're happy to provide a personalized quote once we learn more about your event.
The sooner, the better! We recommend reserving your date as soon as you've secured your venue, especially during graduation, wedding, and holiday seasons. While we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, availability and balloon selection may be limited, and rush fees may apply.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 14 days before your event. We'll gladly transfer your deposit to a new date based on availability. Deposits are non-refundable. Events canceled within seven days of the scheduled installation are not eligible for rescheduling and may be subject to cancellation fees.

Yes! Grab & Go Garlands and Helium Bouquets are available for pickup from our studio in Superior, Colorado. Larger custom installations require professional delivery and installation to ensure they look their absolute best.
It depends on the type of balloons and where they're displayed. Indoor air-filled balloon installations can last for several weeks under ideal conditions. Helium balloons can typically last up to a week when treated with Hi-Float®, though temperature, sunlight, and handling all affect longevity. Outdoor installations are more susceptible to wind, heat, direct sunlight, and weather, so their lifespan will naturally be shorter. While we use premium materials and professional techniques, balloon longevity can never be guaranteed once your installation has been completed.
Most installations are completed within an hour, though larger or more elaborate designs may require additional time. We inflate and prep everything in advance so installation day is as seamless and efficient as possible.
Absolutely! Outdoor installations are some of our favorites. We'll recommend the best balloon options for your venue and may require additional equipment, weights, tents, or installation methods depending on weather conditions and location. Because Mother Nature has the final say, outdoor balloon longevity cannot be guaranteed. It's also important to know that balloons exposed to sunlight naturally oxidize over time, giving them a softer, matte appearance. This is a normal characteristic of latex balloons and does not affect the quality of your installation. We use premium materials and professional installation techniques to ensure your décor looks its very best for your celebration.
Yes! Our latex balloons are made from natural rubber latex, a biodegradable material. Foil balloons are not biodegradable but may be recyclable depending on your local recycling program. We also encourage the proper disposal of all balloons and never recommend releasing balloons outdoors.
Yes. Delivery and installation are quoted separately based on your event location, installation requirements, and the scope of your design. Outdoor installations may require additional equipment, labor, or weather accommodations. If your installation includes rental equipment, a retrieval fee may also apply.
Whenever possible, we use existing anchor points or removable installation methods designed to protect your venue. We also offer freestanding backdrop frames for spaces where wall mounting isn't possible or preferred, creating a polished look without attaching anything to the walls.
